More than a gut feel is essential, but the question becomes what else do we need and how do I know when I have a good product that will do what I want and with simplicity.

We believe you need a one write job site that distributes your jobs for you, attracts applicants, allows you to screen them, assess  them and interview them effectively and in an organized manner using a single user interface.  Think of it as a funnel that puts a lot of candidates into the mix and allows you to sort through them quickly and find the very best popping out at the bottom of that funnel.
